Homework and Misha Collins

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday.

Bleck. Homework day. But I was really productive, honest! First though, obviously, I went to church. I always listen better if my hands are doing something, so I often make paper dragons in church or in class.

I came home and had a coule hours to myself to do homework. Yaaaaay... Then the roomies got back from their wards and we all did homework. YAAAAAY. So FHE was a welcome break. Malori and Alexis had to "change into presentable clothes" so they were late in coming down. After we got back from FHE, all THIS greeted us:

What is all this, you ask?? A MISHAPOCOLYPSE!! :D :D  :D Basically its the best thing I've ever seen. Misha Collins is an actor from Supernatural, and its a running tumblr joke. They were very thorough and it was hilarious!

THEN back to homework. I filmed the intro to my roommate portrait, accidentally took this beauty. :D I love you Amy! I miss your smiles! :D

Here's the roommate portrait in question:

I love it! It's literally just a bunch of clips that I threw together, but I think it captures Amy pretty well. :]

Side note: I don't know why there are black bars around the video and I was too lazy to mess with it. Any advice? I assume its something to do with the resolution I exported it in...

Also...here's the one Amy did of me. Apparently I do this eyebrow thing, which she recorded. :D So...just ignore the repeated clips of my awkwardly waggling my eyebrows. :D Hahaha...oh man.

Also on that same channel are roommate portraits of Malori and Alexis, and also my actuality of Hyde Park Conner station and my lumiere. So ya, in case you for whatever reason want to watch those videos. :D

Hamstead Heath and Karaoke!

Saturday!

Who knew that there was a beautiful little natural park in the middle of London? Well, little is a huge understatement and its not really in the middle of London, but it's close! Hampstead Heath was gorgeous and served as a nice goodbye to the English countryside.

Our walk from the tube station to the park.

Isn't this building cool? I love old brick buildings!

Those are two strangers...but the path is beautiful!

Look! My first real live dalmation! He was so cute! There were a lot of pure bred dogs being walked in the park.

Capitol Hill! We made our way up to see the spectacular view at the top.

Its hard to capture in a picture, but we had a 360 view of London! Two pictures below, you can see the Shard in the distance.

After the hill we headed out to find the mixed swimming pond. Some of us didn't go swimming and went to a café instead where I got a delicious strawberry smoothie.

After swimming/eating, we went in search of the wildlife preserve and butterfly house! We passed these people meditating and wound our way through this amazing, huge pergola.

Ms. Malori!

Alexis and Neeko, the tree-climbing monkeys!

Its hard to see, but everyone is actually in this picture, on different outcrops.

Unfortunately, our pergola walk took too long, so we didn't have time to continue on to the butterfly house. :( Sad day. But it was still great! We walked back through the town so we could head home and do homework because, ya know, it was all due on Tuesday. ALL of it.

After more than four hours of writing my final paper, we called it good and climbed back on the tube to head up to Camden for karaoke night!

Here's all of us lining the escalator!

Karaoke was so fun! The machine was really confusing and hard to work, but we still had a great time. And I DID sing! I got up and sang Billie Jean. I was shaking so bad, but luckily everyone else was singing and dancing, so it was really fun. :D We had some excellent and hilarious performances, one of my favorites being singing Bohemian Rhapsody with the whole group. And the Chinese food was really good! It was great fun that produced many laughs and clapping. The word is that for our London reunion in Provo, we'll have karaoke, which I approve of. :D Man, I'm going to miss these people!
